The menu intorduced below is for those who are under Mok, Wha, To, Keum, Su and Sangwha type
with no health problem and based on the basic theory of OS therapy.
Actual diet menu may be different and you will get the more info., in the local OS center.

 

 

By cooking food, we liquidize the starch, and burn the proteins, leading to the destruction or rearrangement of the nutrient's molecular structure, making the food easier to digest.
The main difference between cooked food and Saengshik is the condition or the size of which the food can be digested. By getting used to a diet that is of smaller surface area, the digestive system too will get used it, resulting in a decrease in the size of the stomach.

With the consumption of Saengshik, which delays the digestion process, the body naturally adjusts to cope with a smaller mass of food comsumed. However, the nutrient level is maintained constantly by our institutes.

 
1. Mok Type

People under Mok type is characterized with their long face. These people are filled with Mok Gi which tastes sour. The prevention of acid coming from Mok Gi is a key to success on diet. Food tasting mainly spicy and additionally sweet is helpful. Take 2~3 spoon of Seanngsik with spicy food and Yukmi. The effect will be doubled together with OS Keum exercise and physical exercise
Yukki Seangshik 1packet (13g) + Keum Seangshik 1 packet (13g) +Kimchi 5 slices, ginger tea 1cup.
When doing Seangshik have it with warm water and take a time to chew and chew.
 

2. Wha Type

Wha type people is characterized with broaden forehead and sharp chin. It is like a shape of capsized triangle
This is a type that Wha Gi overcomes Geum Gi. To prevent this happening
Make up Keum gi with Spicy food oppress the Wha Gi with salty food. 2 or 3 spoon of saengsik with OS Keum exercise, su exercise and all body physical exercise will be more effective.
Yukki saengshik 1 packet (13g) + Su saengshik 1 packet (13g) + Kimchi 5 slices, soy milk 1 glass. Take a your time to chew with warm water or soy milk. OS exercise on your type will be more effective.
 

3. To Type

The people with this type have round face like a ball. To Gi corresponding to sweet taste is main, which makes Su Gi weakened.It is good to have sour tasted food to oppress To Gi with salty tasted food. To type people are hard to feel satiated from eating. Therefore will power to continue is done with Mok exercise and Su exercise and also all body physical exercise.
 

4. Gum Type

These type of people are categorized with angled face and high Keum Gi.
Bitter tasting food and 2-3 spoon of saengsik is useful to oppress Keum Gi.
Also, it is desirable to take sour, bitter, sweet, spicy, salty and puckery taste. OS respiration, wha exercise, Mok exercise and all body physical exercise will be more effective.
 

5. Su Type

These types of people have a triangular face and have a strong bladder and kidney.
They are related to salty food. Su Gi corresponding to salty tasteis main, which makes To Gi and Wha Gi weakened. It is good to have sweat tasted food and bitter tasted food.
OS respiration, Wha exercise and To exercise and all body physical exercise will be more effective.
 

6. SangWha Type

Sangwha type of people look similar with Wha type but have lots of eyebrow on projected eyebrow line and have projected temples.
It is good to have six taste with adequate ratio. 2-3 spoon of saengsik is to be accompanied. Sangwha type of people have balanced five Gi but, in case he/she gets fat due to the balance breaking it must be done to make up one specific taste to recover the balance.
If your diet is far from the introduced above, try one depending on your physical type. You will sure have improvement in your body. Also, visit the local OS training center and you will get to know how to OS diet on your physical type.

 

 

Human continuously move and respire for their life.

If such an activity is done and controlled on the physical type and, you are already lose to the healthy life.

Exercise
  Every person has well-developed part and at the same time undeveloped part in his/her body. OS exercise is aimed to develop the weak part of your body and finally aimed to balance all of your body. If your action is done only for fun such an unbalance is never going to be fixed.

 

Respiration

 

Inhale and exhale is relatively easy way to control Ying Gi and Yang Gi in your body.
It highly recommendable that you do your respiration with Ying/Yang ratio with the knowledge of Ying/Yang OS type.

 

What is OS exercise?

 

IIt is aimed to balance your body with the control between upper and lower part or left and right part in your body.Also, it is aimed to train your weak part of your body, which will lead your body over all.

- From Oheang saengsik therapy, human body can be analyzed by Ying/Yang type or Oheang type.

When balance among between them is broken, human body can get weakened.
OS exercise is going to strengthen the weakened part of your body and lubricate too much strengthened part of your body. By doing so your body will be balanced.

Walking forward and backward.
Walking with twisting your body.
Walking with moving your center of gravity in your body.
Walking and rebounding your backbone.

People feel natural and energetic when they are really healthy. When you get to this step, every movement of your body is harmony with your respiration and such a movement is a work-out even if it is not meant to do so. However, this step is too far away due to the modern life style ignoring Ying/Yang theory.

Let's take an example; car which is necessary to your life. Even if you do walking as an exercise, you have no choice but to use a car again. Therefore it is easy to get broken your body balance. Ying/Yang exercise is an ideal work-out to help your weakened body developed.

 

How

 

Exercise should produce more than consume.
Work out with rather circle movement than straight movement.
Exercise till you get sweat as much as you do not sweat.
Sweating takes your body temperature away so do not transpass this limitation.

DO boby shape correction and all body exercise to balance your body over all.
Accelerate gradually from soft action and finalize with soft action.
Control and balance Ying/Yabg together with respiration
Exercise for your health should put its first aim to be healthy. To be natural in your everyday movement is definitely necessary. Feeling unnatural in your movement is a symptom of your body is not in a normal condition such as you cannot raise your arm or you cannot turn around your neck.
OS exercise is more standardized activity which has been done in your actual life and not acknowledged. So OS exercise is easy to learn.

 

Breathing on your body type

 

It is a respiration to control Ying GI/Yang Gi.
Inhale more than exhale if your Yang Gi is stronger than Ying Gi.
Exhale more than inhale if your Ying Gi is stronger than Yang Gi.
The ratio of in/exhale depends on the ratio of Ying Gi and Yang Gi.
You will get acquired on how to breathe and exercise on your own type and get to the balance of your body.
